Our Summerhill Townhouses have been newly remodeled. We have replaced all of the kitchen cabinets, the flooring and we have painted the entire unit. They have a gas fireplace, private deck, ceiling fans, hook ups for washer and dryer (if the unit comes with a washer and dryer, they stay with the unit) and blinds on the windows.

All units come unfurnished, although the Photo Gallery may show units with furniture. We also have a laundry facility on our property if you choose not to have a washer and dryer in your apartment. The complex is beautifully landscaped. Within walking distance is a grocery store, wine store, and a bagel/coffee shop, fitness center, salon, and a motel. There is a bus that goes approximately every 15 minutes to Cornell located just in front of the complex.
