Our Summerhill Townhouses have been newly remodeled. We have replaced all of the kitchen cabinets, the flooring and we have painted the entire unit. They have a gas fireplace, private deck, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer and blinds on the windows.

Within walking distance is a grocery store, wine store, and a bagel/coffee shop, fitness center, salon, and a motel. There is a bus that goes approximately every 15 minutes to Cornell located just in front of the complex.
