Our Plaza East Apartments & Townhouses are our newest units. They all come with private bath in every bedroom, AC, high ceilings, and large windows. Every unit has a fireplace, a private deck, laundry room with hook ups for washer and dryer (if the unit comes with a washer and dryer, they stay with the unit), full sized appliances including dishwasher and blinds on the windows.
All units come unfurnished, although the Photo Gallery may show units with furniture.
We also have a laundry facility on our property if you choose not to have a washer and dryer in your apartment. The complex is beautifully landscaped. Within walking distance is a grocery store, wine store, and a bagel/coffee shop, fitness center, salon, and a motel. There is a bus that goes approximately every 15 minutes to Cornell located just in front of the complex.
