Our Plaza East Apartments & Townhouses are our newest units. They all come with private bath in every bedroom, AC, high ceilings, and large windows. Every unit has a fireplace, a private deck, laundry room with hook ups for washer and dryer, full sized appliances including dishwasher and blinds on the windows.

Our Summerhill Townhouses are being newly remodeled. We replace all the kitchen cabinets, the flooring and paint and texture the entire unit. They have gas fireplace, private deck, ceiling fans, hook ups for washer and dryer and blinds on the windows. We also have a laundry facility on our property if you choose not to have a washer and dryer in your apartment.

The complex is beautifully landscaped. We are located right next to East Hill, and Judd Falls Plazas. Where there is a 24 hour grocery store, wine store, 4 banks, a bagel/coffee shop, Pharmacy, Subway, fitness center, salon, and a motel. The T-cat bus runs approximately every 15 minutes to Cornell from the bus stop located just in front of the complex. We are noted to be the finest complex in Ithaca.
